In celebration of Jewish Heritage Month, a pictorial exhibit filled the atrium at Vaughan’s city hall. Vaughan recently celebrated the official opening of the Vellore Village Fitness Centre with a ribbon cutting and hundreds in attendance. The Centre offers an abundance of amenities that will keep Vaughan moving — including a 10,000-square-foot fitness centre, spinning, Zumba and yoga classes, and a sauna, swimming pool and whirlpool.
Vaughan’s fourth annual Chocolate Ball took place on May 10, 2013, at Le Jardin Conference & Event Centre. This year’s theme was “Choc ‘n’ Roll,” and the event fittingly sported roller-skating hostesses, live performances by the Retro Rockers and two high-energy dance shows by the Dance Company.
