When asked to describe FemWellness in three words, her response: “Mind, body and spirit.”

A testament to the interconnectedness in health after her challenges with fertility, she became acutely aware of the emotional and psychological dimensions that often accompany medical issues. This personal journey fuelled her passion for fertility and reproductive health, leading her to incorporate elements of functional medicine and neuro-linguistic programming into her practice along with naturopathy, acupuncture, TCM, counselling and mind-body approaches.

At the heart of her philosophy is the belief that health cannot be compartmentalized. As she explains, “Functional medicine identifies the root causes of problems, treating the body as a connected system rather than dissecting the body into separate parts.”

This perspective is crucial especially in a world where medical advice can vary dramatically and lead to confusion and frustration for patients.
