On Jan. 7, 2016, residents and visitors gathered at Vaughan City Hall alongside Mayor Maurizio Bevilacqua and members of council as they raised Vaughan’s 25th anniversary flag. For a city that continues to grow and lead the way by example, the day marked a momentous occasion and featured a heartwarming speech by the mayor.
