Toronto-based catering company Provisions hosted Winter Provisions on Feb. 17, 2015, at hip downtown event joint The Richmond. At the private seasonal food and drink pop-up, DJ 1UP set the mood as guests lined up for delicious, handcrafted cocktails and were served an array of unique, artisan eats made of local and seasonal ingredients. The culinary experience awakened event-goers to the beauty of eating locally and seasonally — the principles on which Provisions is founded.
