On Nov. 6, the annual Safehaven Gala was held at the Bellvue Manor in Vaughan, where one lucky guest drove away in a brand-new 2015 Fiat 500 Lounge — just one of the big-ticket items that was generously donated for the occasion. Safehaven provides residential and respite care to families whose children have multiple disabilities. With a delicious five-course Italian meal, silent auction and live entertainment throughout the evening, the organization raised $50,000 to continue their efforts.
